Leeds Dog Supply partners with small scale rescue organizations to help raise awareness and find pets homes through the creation of media collateral, fundraising events, and the dedication of a percentage of our sales to their cause. We chose to work with small scale / independent rescues because we understand that their time and resources are at a premium and keeping them financially sustainable, a constant challenge.

Stay up to date, and learn more about some of our rescues unique challenges by following us on facebook and instagram.

Founded by Christine and Steve Haslet in 2011. Lucky Pup Dog Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit based in North Park, San Diego. Lucky Pup specializes in rescuing small to medium sized "death row" dogs from high kill shelters in San Bernadino county area where roughly 7 out of 10 shelter dogs are euthanized after just a few days. Beyond this Lucky Pup envisions a better way to connect rescue dogs with forever homes, and are currently applying for grants to create a "Shelter Dog Pet Shop". A fully staffed dog friendly, happy environment, where people could come to find their next beloved companion!  Adopters would be able to adopt a shelter dog without actually having to go to the shelter.

Founded by Elise Penn and dedicated to the memory of a shelter dog named Sage, Passion For Pitties is a Chula Vista based 501c3 non-profit rescue and advocacy group dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation of American Pit Bull Terriers. In addition Passion For Pitties provides advocacy and education about the American Pit Bull Terrier, an often misunderstood breed with as varied a history as it has misconceptions. Passion For Pitties believes every dog can be rehabilitated with the proper training.
