Stylish collar and leash, A+ Customer Service!

We love our collar and leash, but noticed black paint from the mental d-ring rubbing off onto our pup’s fur, so contacted customer service. They were totally focused on getting info about what was happening to solve the issue moving forward and then promptly replaced our collar and even found the original style that had been discontinued! They stand behind their products and go above and beyond!

This was my second purchase from Leeds. My black lab, Charlie, loves his collar so for Christmas I got him a brand new one and threw in a cute style for his girlfriend ( chocolate lab, Tuesday!)

Love the design, and the thickness/width of the collar. My only complaint is that unfortunately after having for a couple of weeks, the black on the metal ring has scratched easily and now shows the underlying metal.
